Of all of the hotels we stayed at during our trip in Donetsk, Ukraine, I like this one the best. What stood out for me was the sincere friendliness of the staff. Many hotels have very professional and accommodating staff, but the staff at the Central Hotel were also very warm. I had a lot of contact with the Front Desk staff, and liked them so much I spent extra time talking with them. I wish I could remember their names, but all were helpful, pleasant, and interesting. The only name I remember is was called Olga I think. She's a keeper...
